That is, it is useless to pretend to preach values ​​such as humility or sincerity; what is missing is to stop behaving in a false or hypocritical way.  Of course, putting on words can be helpful to protect yourself from frustration, but it doesn’t release us from the reality of our bad deeds.

The saying goes that when we offer an excuse that was not asked of us, what we do is express our guilt. In fact, if you think about it, guilt shouldn’t plague us; just feel some responsibility for what happened.

So, in order to release yourself and be able to rest, you also need to use an inner working process that allows you to forgive yourself for everything you have done or not done, and for everything you feel or don’t feel.
