The Biggest Revolution In This World Is Keeping Joy

The biggest revolution in this world is keeping the joy

In a world that encourages people to hate each other in as many ways as possible, maintaining joy and self-love is the real revolution. It is the best way to raise the flag of our lifestyle, of our non-conformity in the face of injustices without losing the rhythm that marks the smiles, hugs and human attention for everything you need.

Questioning does not mean enslaving ourselves to be better people, it means freeing ourselves so that we can aspire to be. We usually ask ourselves the other way around: everything I am isn’t quite good enough at anything. I’m not up to what they ask me.

I’m not pretty enough, I’m not a good enough mother, I’ll never make it, that’s what I’m told and what I believe. Rebel against this malaise and proclaim the revolution of your own joy. Smile, confuse people who expect you to be accompanied by sadness.

The joy revolution we all have

With so many contradictory messages and so much uncertainty, it is quite normal for us to be tempted to hate ourselves. Hating our existence because it seems we are not free to exercise it freely. But the more you hate yourself, the more reason you will give all those who want you to do this. It’s time to question everything that made us hate ourselves and feel guilty, it’s time to question the sadness to make the joy revolution.

Get out of this prison of pain and suffering, where all the grievances of the past, unattainable demands and fragile and painful guilt reside. In the end, we can never be perfect, that’s not by far the worst thing that can happen to us. The worst thing is losing joy and self-love because you think you’re not good enough at something and that the toll you have to pay for it is feeling eternally indebted and a failure.

The fallacy of divine reward

Sometimes we think that all our suffering will be rewarded, that some supernatural force will put everything in its place and reward us with everything we deserve. We suffer a lot, we continue to feel bad and we believe that the universe has a duty to repair us. It is the fallacy of the divine reward.

Your happiness will not come as a reward for your suffering, often the product of real injustices. In that case, only your effort will help you out of this situation. The ability to provide kind words and a knowing smile to someone who is going through a bad time.

Joy and positivity are contagious. The eternal victim attitude does not benefit you or anyone around you. It is your responsibility to get out of this dynamic of malaise. Ask for help, express yourself, fight for something you want and try to change your circumstances.

The Hate Revolution

This revolution is not any desire or inclination to place all the blame on the society you find yourself in and which you are a part of, it is just that you are aware of the plethora of harmful messages around us that fuel aggression, selfishness, false moralism and uncontrolled consumerism. You are an active part of your world and that is why you must set limits.

Living freely means assuming rights and duties, but not useless demands, much less if they add nothing. Choose whatever makes you feel good and doesn’t hurt anyone. That simple.

An ordinary person can unintentionally generate a revolution

You can make a little revolution in the world. It is possible to demonstrate that despite all the evil experienced, you strive to improve, in addition to generating an original product that is neither bought nor sold: the unconditional acceptance of yourself, the commitment to the things that really matter and the absence the internalization of stereotypes and stigmas that do not belong to it.

Let them stay with the others, the ones who have patented them. You take on a much bigger project: that of loving yourself willingly and not suffering more than necessary simply because you don’t want to. These types of individual revolutions are the ones that have the greatest impact on the people we meet along the way.

Ideals transformed into attitudes and people more concerned with true well-being than with success in relation to others. This is the revolution that will never generate distrust wherever you go.
